What is Matchai Designs?
Matchai Designs is an art and design brand created by Brianna Rubio, an artist based in Oregon. Her art is inspired by her love for nature, her personal experiences, and her desire to create things that make people feel happy and empowered.
Over time, Brianna has developed a distinguishing art style encompassing vibrant colors, whimsical shapes, and silly creatures. The ability to turn real feelings and experiences into something more abstract is something she takes pride in and hopes to carry forward with future artworks.

Policies
Shipping Policy
Orders are typically shipped out 24-72 hours after they are placed*. Currently, we only ship to the United States. All packages are sent out through USPS.
If your order contains only stickers, you have the option to select free shipping. Free shipping is untracked. The shipping cost of all other items is based on the size, weight, and destination. All orders paying for shipping will receive a tracking number once your items have shipped.
*Weekends, holidays, and peak business days may increase processing times.
Please read the troubleshooting section below prior to reaching out about any issues with your order. If you still have questions, send us an email with your name, order number, and issue. In general, Matchai Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, or those sent to an incorrect address. However, we will evaluate issuing order replacements or refunds (via gift cards) on a case-by-case basis.
Troubleshooting
I don't see a tracking number for my order. What do I do?
Please give us 24-72 hours to fulfill your order and get the tracking information to you. It should come to your email or phone number, depending on the contact information you entered at checkout. If it has been more than 72 hours and you don't see tracking information, send us an email with your name, order number and question.
My item says it's been delivered, but it hasn't arrived.
Please contact your local USPS office and provide them with the details of your order and the issue. Remember, if you only ordered stickers and did not pay for shipping, your package will not be tracked.
My tracking hasn't updated in awhile. I think my order has been lost.
If your package has been lost, it is the customer's responsibility to contact your local USPS office and file a report. You may email us a copy of the report, and replacements or gift cards may be issued on a case by case basis. Matchai Designs is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout.
If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already been shipped, Matchai Designs is not liable to replace the order or issue a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping and billing information. You may be able to have your package redirected if you contact USPS customer service. Please reach out to them ASAP if you notice you have entered incorrect shipping information.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Typically, orders will take anywhere from 3-10 days for delivery once they have been shipped. You should see estimated arrival dates at checkout. Stickers that ship for free may take a bit longer - please be patient.

Refund Policy
Cancellations may only be issued within 24 hours of your order being placed. If you cancel your order within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued. After this window, no changes or cancellations can be made to your order. There are no exceptions.
No returns. If your product is defective, you may be eligible for an exchange with proof of the defect and if the issue is communicated within 7 days of delivery. If a comparable product is not in stock for an exchange, you may receive a gift card for the amount of your original purchase (minus shipping costs). The choice to exchange the product or issue a gift card for the original purchase price is decided by the shop owner on a case-by-case basis.
